Imagequest is a game of pictonym puzzles. A pictonym is similar to a synonym. But instead of a word having many dictionary meanngs, a pictonym is defined by pictures or images. The images may be distinctivley different, but a single word links those images.

We run across pictonyms everyday in our lives as we draw mental connections among many things. Our image vocabulary is very broad and the human mind can do some amazing things. We can quickly find the link between a cake, a whilte dress, and a church to figure out that this is probably a wedding.

ImageQuest turns pictonyms into a fun and engaging game. It requires vocabulary, spelling, and visual acuity to master this game. Some puzzles are quit simple. Other are easy to figure out, but challenging to spell. And others may be very difficult for some to figure out, but solved in a split second by others. Hopefully you find ImageQuest both fun and stimulating.
